Our approach to damaged, incorrect or unopened items.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.
Unopened products
Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Food safety
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened food or beverage products.
Refund timing
Approved refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
